For our next Whiskey Club, we’re heading to County Cork to explore the extraordinary world of Midleton Distillery.
Home to some of Ireland’s most celebrated whiskeys, Midleton is a place where generations of craftsmanship meet an extraordinary breadth of whiskey styles.
Across a guided tasting in The Whiskey Bar, we’ll look beyond the individual bottles and explore how distillation, spirit cuts, maturation and cask selection shape the character of each whiskey.
The tasting will move from familiar and approachable expressions through to increasingly complex and premium releases, finishing with Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy and Midleton Very Rare 2025.
Each pour will be accompanied by a curated snack from The Fifth Province kitchen, created to sit alongside the whiskey and bring out different elements in the glass.
