Guided through six exceptional Laphroaig expressions, guests will discover how peat, oak, sea air and more than 200 years of craftsmanship have shaped the whisky’s unmistakable character.
Each dram will be paired with a five-course menu created to complement its distinctive flavours, from fresh Pacific oysters and smoked venison tartare to chargrilled lamb rump.

Across the evening, you’ll be taken through six premium Irish whiskeys, thoughtfully selected to highlight contrast: heritage vs innovation, old methods vs new ideas, familiar styles vs contemporary expressions.
To match the pours, enjoy a four-course Irish-inspired feast, built for pairing; rich, comforting, and elevated, with each course crafted to complement what’s in the glass.
