WHISKEY OF THE MONTH –
Hellyers road double cask
This month, we’re pouring Hellyers Road Double Cask, an approachable small-batch Tasmanian single malt with warmth, fruit and gentle spice.
Matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in French oak barriques that once held Tasmanian Pinot Noir, it brings notes of candied orange, raisin toast, dark cherry, cinnamon and soft toasted spice.
Smooth, warming and easy to enjoy, it’s a Tasmanian dram made for slow sipping in the Whiskey Bar.
